U.S. Military Discounts (Active, Reserve, NG and Veterans) We offer carry permit (concealed carry) courses that meet or exceed the statutory training requirements in 22 or more states (many offer permits to non-residents). Four to six hours in the classroom and ten minutes on the shooting range could qualify you for a few permits that authorize legal carry of a firearm in multiple states (35+ possible). Students are not required to be expert shooters; you must only demonstrate safe handling and reliably hit a turkey platter-sized target at twenty-one feet in a timed exercise. Course fees include all expenses except firearm (rentals available), 30 rounds of ammunition, transportation and permit application fees. Special Note: In spite of rumors to the contrary, Utah is now processing applications in less than 60 days. This makes the Utah permit an excellent value compared to the Minnesota Permit.
