We are not the least expensive training organization for several reasons:

First, we have been professionally training people in the use of firearms since 1968. We began working with citizens and eventually included training for Chicago and Suburban Chicago Police Officers. We continue to certify police officers under the new federal LEOSA standards. We are not merely handgun hobbyists/enthusiasts who managed to pass a certification course and open a business. We bring lengthy professional experience to the classroom.

Secondly, we are state-certified, licensed and fully-insured. While our safety record is impeccable, we carry full liability insurance to protect our students as well as ourselves.

Thirdly, we have our own dedicated classroom facility specifically designed for this type of training. It is fully-equipped with audio/visual training aids, proper student seating, private restroom facilities and other amenities.

Some of our competitors offer low class fees. We believe that they are in the best position to know the value of their service. Our goal is to properly prepare you for the moral, legal, ethical and practical considerations to carry a firearm. The money you save on a cheap course could cost you thousands in legal fees if you are not properly prepared. If you cannot afford our course, you probably cannot afford to carry a gun.
