Refreshers never hurt. I wish I had a nickel for every long-experienced student who had said, "Oh, yeah, I forgot that." Even concert pianists practice basic scales. Failure to review and practice is a recipe for disaster. Shooting, especially under life-threatening circumstances is a learnable, but depreciable skill.

I have been in the handgun and defensive shooting field since 1968 and I am still learning. Whether you are new to it or a seasoned veteran, neglecting to practice, being complacent and/or refusing to be open to new material is not productive.
